Production & Processing Time
Every TanGear piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. This ensures each item meets our quality standards before leaving our workshop.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your shipment anytime using the 17TRACK portal linked in your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. TanGear has no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering. Contact us as soon as possible at [your contact email] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an item has entered production, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
